- Are digital waivers as legally binding as paper?
- Yes. Under the ESIGN Act and UETA, electronic signatures have the same legal standing as handwritten signatures. WaiverDrop captures additional evidence (IP address, timestamp, user agent) that paper waivers cannot provide.
- Can parents sign for their children?
- Yes. WaiverDrop supports minor/guardian signing. A parent or legal guardian can sign a single waiver that covers multiple children, with each child’s name and date of birth recorded.
- What happens if I exceed the free plan limit?
